Kickstarter [KICKSTARTER] Sarah Newton's "The Chronicles of Future Earth" RPG - running now!

Hi everyone!


I'm chuffed to bits to announce our Kickstarter for THE CHRONICLES OF FUTURE EARTH - COSMIC FANTASY ROLEPLAYING IN THE POST-HISTORICAL AGE. We launched last Friday, funded in the first 9 hours, and have since been unlocking some cool stretch goals!


THE CHRONICLES OF FUTURE EARTH is our brand-new product line, based on the setting I've been working on for almost twenty years. In some ways it's the ancestor - or is that descendant? - of the Mindjammer universe, a huge fantasy game set in the Earth's far, far future, a time of mouldering ruins, lost technological artefacts, mysterious species, gods, demons, and sorcery, and mind-bending dimensions.





The game is written for the Fate Core System, heavily tailored to the "cosmic fantasy" genre: deadly, epic, and action-packed. In some ways, it's the spiritual successor to LEGENDS OF ANGLERRE - if you liked that game, you'll feel right at home here. This time, though, the setting is up front and detailed, with lavish artwork and gorgeous maps by Jason Juta, and a deep background to power your mind-bending adventures.

The Autocracy abides!

Woohoo! We've just unlocked a fantastic new stretch goal at the Chronicles of Future Earth Kickstarter - the CORE BOOK POWER UP, an additional 144 pages of amazing new content and artwork, boosting the core book to 388 pages! The new material includes:

- Extensive history and background for the Venerable Autocracy of Sakara, oldest of the Springtide Civilisations;
- Maps and deep gazetteer information for Korudav Province, including key personalities and encounters;
- Temple writeups for all twenty of the Gods of the Great Compact;
- Descriptions of the cults of the Great Hegemonist and the Reaver Gods.
- Rules for constructs: cities, fortresses, towers, the gravity cannon and dragonels which defend them, ships and other (more unusual) vessels!

Now we're powering on to our Feature Cards stretch goal at £22.5K and our massive adventure campaign pack WORMHOLLOW VALE at £25K - perilous adventure on the Wall Against the Shakh! The update below also reveals the draft of a brand new cover by Jason Juta for THE ATLAS OF THE VENERABLE AUTOCRACY, our second major supplement in the line!

There's a new update at the Chronicles of Future Earth Kickstarter, previewing the homeland of Hivernium, one of the key homelands for your Chronicles PCs. Together with the previous update showcasing the Temple of Regos, this previews how you can quickly create characters with backgrounds rich with adventure hooks and deep motivations.

Also showcases a never-before seen colour map of Korudav and the North! Check it out!

Hi everyone,

Just to say the awesome people at Material Components have done an actual play of THE SWALLOWER OF SOULS (check out that cool AP interface!). This is the first of four sessions in the turbulent streets of Kados the Eternal - you can follow the actual play session, and then read or play the adventure yourself.
