Looking for art source (Scarred Lands?) (found)

This might be a bit of an odd request, but a friend of mine is running a 3.5 game and I was telling him about a group of wizards that lived in the frigid north but would go around without a shirt or anything because magic generated heat. I'm pretty sure it's scarred lands and the land of Albadia but I'm looking for a particular piece of art that I remember. It's a female wizard/sorcerer/? standing in the snow topless and holding a staff. I remember it because I think that was the book that had the rules in it. I did some google searches but haven't been able to turn up the art. If anyone can help point me in the right direction to the artwork and/or book that it is in I would appreciate it.
