Let see.
Attack CR:
DPR = 38 (CR 5) + attack bonus +8 (+1 CR) = CR 6 on attack

Defensive CR:
HP = 75 x 2, immunities multiplier, 150 effective HP (CR 6) + AC 20 (+2 CR) = CR 8

Total CR: (6+8)/2 = CR 7.

Looks spot on to me. Nice work

The 2d6 damage on a tiny creature seems a bit much. Maybe if it is a Freddy Kruger type, but I think 1d4 is more the normal for tiny creatures. I'm not sure on the intend of the design and how it works into your campaign so I do not know if it for a special reason or ally of some BBEG.
