FWIW...

At the end of the recent show, CR Matt made a comment that the rules from the november UA on Sea Stuff (http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/unearthed-arcana/ships-and-sea) were part of the cool stuff that he had and was hoping to incorporate at elements in this storyline.

Plus, remember, No matter what other's claim...Kirk shot first.
