Vyrandia Chronicles Online (VCO) is a new Immersive Reality MMO, brought to you by Chrysalis Industries. (“What’s going on?”) A vast, dynamic world populated by NPCs and monsters run by a new advanced AI made possible by the new quantum computing language created by Chrysalis’ computer research firm, Raikatsu Systems.
Players in Vyrandia Chronicles will have a choice of seven character classes: Warrior, Duelist, Musketeer, Sorcerer, Priest, Ninja, and Druid. (“Mom? Dad? Can you hear me?!”) Each one has its own special abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, which they will need to overcome all the challenges that the game has to offer.
Created using Raikatsu’s new Alterity programming language, built specifically for quantum computing, Vyrandia Chronicles Online features a dynamic world. (“Oh God! This can’t be happening!”) All NPCs and monsters possess an active AI, allowing quest-givers to vary their offerings to hundreds of different quests, and monsters to adapt to different adventuring groups, allowing for greater challenges. Additionally, avatars are fully customizable with almost every aspect of the avatar’s body able to be individualized.

Vyrandia Chronicles Online is a setting of isekai/horror for the Ani-Action Rules System. The characters are players in an MMO that have found themselves trapped in their character avatars. In order to escape, they must grow stronger, while delving into the mystery behind their imprisonment. Why have they been trapped in the game? What is behind all the rumors of strange graphical glitches in some of the monsters in the game? And what is the dark, terrible secret behind the creation of VCO itself that threatens not just the online world and its players, but the real world itself.
