Types of Devils and Demons - where are they?

Inspired by Sep's really very cool write up of Graz'zt and his court, I've decided to do soemthing similar with my archdevils and demon princes. So I wanted to make sure that the list of fiend types and their roles was as complete as possible. So can anyone fill in gaps?

Gez posted this list of demons:
Monster Manual
Babau (v 3.5 only)
Balor
Bebilith
Dretch
Glabrezu
Hezrou
Marilith
Nalfeshnee
Quasit
Retriever (not a real demon, but a construct)
Succubus
Vrock

Monster Manual II
Abyssal Maw
Abyssal Ravager
Abyssal Skulker
Jarilith
Jovoc
Kelvesu
Palrathee
Zovvut

Fiend Folio
Alkilith
Blood Fiend (Not a real demon, but an undead.)
Klurichir
Maurezhi
Myrmyxicus
Skulvyn
Wastrilith

Monsters of Faerun
Ghour
Yochlol

Manual of the Planes
Armanite
Goristro
Uridezu

Book of Vile Darkness
Babau (surplanted by 3.5 MM version)
Bar-lgura
Chasme
Manes
Rutterkin
Shadow Demon

Underdark
Baphitaur

Ghostwalk
Artaaglith

For Devils I've got this:
Paeliryon (FF)
Pit Fiends
Xerfilstyx
Horned Devil
Ghargatula
Ice Devil
Barbed Devil
Bone Devil
Malebranche (MM2)
Narzugon (MotP)
Erinyes
Amnizu (MM2)
Hellcat
Chain Devil
Kocrachon
Bearded Devil
Spined Devils (MotP)
Advespa (MM2)
Hell Hounds
Imp (+ 3 extra types in FF)

I'm interested in non-WotC sources as well, although I tend to use the WotC version above a non-WotC version (FF over ToH for example). Also, what fiends have not yet been converted from 2e?

What you got?

This isn't quite the same thing, but I wanted to make a listing of the various "Alignment archetype" planar races in 3E/3.5E. This isn't demons, but rather actual tanar'ri, baatezu, etc. (I know that the aasimons and gehreleths don't fall within this nine-fold purview, but they're close enough to warrant inclusion.)

It's somewhat easier now since they all have subtypes, but in 3E it was more difficult; it was sometimes hard to tell what demons were actually tanar'ri, and which were "just" demons, etc. This resulted in some places where I just had to guess, relying on inferences from summoning powers and guidelines from previous editions.

Here's what I put together:

Aasimon (Angel)

Book of Fiends by Green Ronin has a ton of new 3.5 fiends I think about 50 demons or other CE fiends, similar NE daemon fiends, and LE devils. BOF introduces the Quillipoth a CE precursor to demons with non tanari suite of resistances.

Mongoose's Slayer's Guide to Demons has I think about twenty new demons with mostly 3.0 stats but 3.5 DR for about five new demonic non-tanari subtypes.

The creature collections (I-III) have new fiends, as does the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary, Minions Complete, the pdf by Khan's Press (I forget the name off the top of my head), Even Joe's book of enchantment has a new fiend in it.

There are a lot of sourcebooks with fiends in them.

There's no 3e conversion yet for the following:

Baatezu (not really, but long story...): Nupperibo

Ancient Baatorian

Yugoloth: Gacholoth
Yugoloth: Baernaloth
Yugoloth: Guardian Yugoloth

Rilmani: Abiormach
Rilmani: Plumach
Rilmani: Argenach

Just for the sake of clarity, Tome Archons have been updated to 3.5E, but not under that name. They're now listed as the unique Archon lords of Mt. Celestia, aka the Celestial Hebdomad.

i know a certain location where you might find 3.5 conversions of the gacholoth and baernaloth yugoloths, the bulezau and molydeus demons, the noviere and shiere eladrins, the abiorach, plumach, and argenach rilmani, and various other things... but it will cost you. ;)

You can look at my "Fiends and their Friends" thread in the Creature Catalog general monster talk forum. It should be on page two or three, now.

What about the ELH's Infernal? I thought that was a fiend too!

I think that any Outsider with the (Evil) subtype (and comes from the Lower Planes) is considered a Fiend.
