Ultima d20 Conversion Project

Since Everhack is coming out with one we decided it was time the far superior (IMHO) Ultima series got one as well. Sorry if this sounds all ad like or anything but we arent looking to make any money off this. I think some of you might be interested.

For any who dont know Ultima is a great and long lived series of games now owned by EA but originally produced by Richard Garriott and Origin. There were 9 main games in all with a few spinoffs following the life of the Avatar and his friends. Some very cool games and there is quite a bit about them out on the web. It also spawned the very popular Ultima Online.

I'd join in but I've been told I'm a bad bad person for liking U8 and never playing any of the others.

And here I thought I was the only person that like U8. I reccomend the others but I never saw 8 as the horrible thing everyone claimed it was.

Interesting. I've done up a few pages for an upcoming campaign, to be set in Britannia ca. U4. The main page is at

Note that I'm not very big on following canon exactly. I think it captures something of the spirit of the times, though.

Also, it's a work in progress. Updates should be coming soon, esp. on reagents and magic.
