I did a conversion of Return to the Tomb of Horrors, which included ToH, but I winged it on most of the original Tomb.
The demilich I took straight out of the ELH.
The nasty lava trap did a total of 30d6- 20d6 from fire and 10d6 from the fall.
I don't think I have much of anything written down for the ToH, except the stats I used for the nasty bad guy that lured the pcs into the lava trap.
