Tumbling-10ft step

I seem to recall somewhere that a character could take a 10ft step instead of a 5ft step, still had to all be at the same time and couldn't be used in addition to movement (read: acts exactly as a normal 5ft step) if they made a sufficiently high tumble check (I think DC 30). Did this just come out of my head, or is this actually in a book somewhere? Not in the SRD, maybe the ELH?

Its in Oriental Adventures, pag 58 and the DC is 40

Check out OA or Rokugan, I think it was there somewhere (and in some weird PrClasses).

Alternatively, if you have a level in Monk, see if you can rent some time on a Training Dummy of the Master (A&EG) at your local Kickboxers-R-Us.
