Heart-Rune of the Empty Heart
This is a fist-sized complex tattoo inscribed over the heart. It takes the place of one psionic-tatoo (leaving room for 19 others). As long as it is not cut, burned out, or otherwise removed the wearer's alignment cannot be discerned by any divination effect (including psionics). It is said the rune will fade away if its wearer's heart will ever know true love, as such deception cannot abide along with the noblest of emotions.
Like all psionic tatoos, the heart-rune can be transferred between users and even collected from a dead or uncoscious wearer. But it must always be placed above the heart, and if it cannot reach such a location on some wearer then he is unable to transferit to his body.
Faint Abjuration; CL 1; craft wondrous item or craft universal item, scribe psionic tatoo, undetectable alignment; Price 2000 gp.
Cost Calculation: Assuming the creators managed to find a bard to do it, it is a Bard 1 spell so a continuous magic item would cost spell level x caster level x 2000=2000 gp. Since the spell's duration is 24h, it halves the cost to reach 1000 gp. But as the item does not take an item slot it doubles the cost again to reach 2000 gp yet again. (The location as a psionic tattoo is negligable; it's just there for flavor.)
