The DMGuild has a very specific user agreement that relates directly to the use and reproduction of IP. I am not sure what use a conversation document could be that did not directly reference an AP and the Paizo trademarks found therein, but even if one could manage to put one together it would be a simple matter for Paizo to claim (rightfully) that the seller was trying to profit on Paizo's IP and get it shut down.

I haven't bought the old ones. So, they'd be new to me.

If I were in the market for an AP for 5e, I'd consider them.

Yes I would, but probably only if it wasn't a AP that I already owned (which are Rise of the Runelords, Serpent's Skull and Legacy of Fire).
