PCGen v5.15.1 (Alpha) Released!

PCGen is pleased to announce the release of PCGen v5.15.1 (Alpha)!

PCGen v5.15.1 is the an alpha release from our development branch to allow experimentation and testing of our latest work. To see the full list of changes incorporated in this alpha release, check out the Release Notes.

This release represents a good start towards our goal of increased support for 4th Edition D&D and Paizo's Pathfinder RPG, so for the brave and the bold, please try out this Alpha and give us your feedback!

If you are looking for 4E *data*, then you will never find it. All PCGen, and all the other character generators that aren't 'owned' by WotC, can do is provide the back engine where *you* can enter the 4E data yourself. This is the "good start" towards the goal of providing an engine for 4E.

For Pathfinder, since it is OGL, the BETA rulesdatasets will be there eventually.
