More Super Heroes?

Anybody else having a hankering to play more Super Heroes? I've only seen two Mutants & Masterminds games on here that lasted more than a few pages. My own Mutant High is ready to begin it's third Issue, and DM_Matt's wonderful Superheroes of the Trust is well into it's second thread.

However, I (as well as, I presume, many of you) have many Hero concepts that I wish to play. SO, I'm putting out a call for a Super-GM to step up and make our day.

Despite having just resigned from a long-standing super game...I love the genre, and the M&M system. I'd definitely be up for giving it another try.

Well, we managed to gather 4 players in less than an hour, now comes the hard part - a GM.

So, just to keep things going, (and to see if we can grab somebody's interest) :
What kinda characters have people been looking forward to playing?

I prefer something somewhat light-hearted and iconic four-colorful. Some time ago, I started playing in a game hereabouts as the wise Shaolin Beaver, but that game folded before the first round of combat was over.

There was another one where I had a gadgeteer who could create matter at will...

That'd be fun to try again.

I'm mostly into some four-colour stuff and I'd probably end out with some manipulator of some sort, whether weather, energy or elements.

There's been allot more than that... Though there might have only been two recently.

Exactly how fast do these games flow? I'd definetely want to get in on it as a player, but currently my sleep schedule is out of wack due to a bit of a cold. There is no way I could keep up with one that went too quickly.

typically, a fast game is 1 (possibly 2) posts per day, 5 days a week.

If I had a little more free time and idea for a game's plot I'd make myself a GM's hat and jump all over this puppy... But, alas, I can't come up with anything besides an idea for a magic based character and I'm not sure I could spare enough time for running a game (atm).

Reveille - The speed of a game depends entirely on the GM and players. As for having a weird schedule - well we've got people worldwide, different time zones, AND different schedules I myself usually end up posting after I get home from work (Which is in the early AM where I am).

Yeah sorry about that.

At least we made it through round two in your game when I played Teen Hulk.

Actually I just started to recruit for an M&M game on another site but a lot of the submissions are downright weird. Which sometimes is not so bad but in this case it was a fairly four color game which is not the time to bring the weird stuff.

I thought about starting the game here but I figured my rep was pretty bad for bowing out of the other M&M games I tried to start for one reason or the other.

Seriously though, H4H, people come & go and have to drop games all the time around here, we aint gonna hold it against you.

Now, letting that stop you from playing/DMing MORE games.. that I would hold against you.
