I find the original plan of your a correct approach to the adventure. First gain the confidence to the city leaders, then get to the heavy decisions and political plots, torturing, etc.
I dont mind a long game FYI.

Sorry to do this, but real life is in fact an epic-level challenge. I probably won't be able to post until the end of this month.
I should have mentioned that I took on a new job, but frankly, I did not think my responsibilities would be so great as to cut into this.
