A man with a slight fox-like cast to his features. The vulpine aspects
become more pronounced when he is shifted.
Backstory
Lived with his merchant parents in a Thayvian city until he was 7 years
old. Then it was discovered that his father and mother were actually
sorcerers, they were arrested and exacuted. Luckily Vulpine was out
running an errand when the guards came for his parents. After this he
was surviving on the streets using his wit and magical skills CAREFULLY.
While living on the streets he realized there must be copper dragon
somewhere far back in his family line and started exploring that heritage.
The only this he had to remember his parents by was an old purplish-
black quarterstaff.<DM if you let me refind this feel free to make it
unique in someway that fits with the campaign.> After nine years on
the streets, he finally got a little careless with his magic and was caught.

Physical Appearance:
Seventeen commands presence, maybe not consciously, but people are naturally drawn to him. His features are ruggedly handsome for someone so young. His eyes stand out against his golden complexion, his hair a short unkempt mess that looks so meticulously placed. He has a slight build yet conveys not an overabundance of strength or a lack of it. His smile is unbalanced, resulting in a playful smirk.
Seventeen was originally born Seamus Tailor. His name comes from an unknown story that changes every time he tells it. Really it is an excuse for him to delve into a story and gather the attention of a crowd. He does not share his history or the real story of his childhood with anyone, as it always grows further from the truth with each telling. But the real story is that he was born in Azgund to a tailor had a rather unremarkable upbringing.
As a teenager Seventeen was recruited into the Hidden College, his way with words winning him many favors and accolades. He’s been in Thay for only a few months, sent here under the pretense of “rabble-rousing” while secretly trying to pilfer knowledge of the Enchanter’s Circle. He was arrested under suspicion of being a spy, and was condemned to death for mere ease of dealing with the problem, the Thayvians not really caring if he was a spy or not.
Personality
Gregarious. Blatant. Charming. Seventeen knows what to say and when it say it and isn’t afraid to say it either. Some might find that endearing, some might find it irritating, but no one can deny that the man is smooth.

As soon as Moneky PMs me the revised Minotaur progression i will make the character. Or, maybe i can make him using the SS progression and just tweak it once he is done.. By the way, i was thinking. Do you all remember what colour the capes of IRL matadors are? That's right - RED! And although real bulls are colourblind, there is no reason why a Minotaur should be.. And then, guess which colour puts my character in a frenzy if waved in sufficient quantities in front of his eyes... I wander what the DC check is for ripping a tentacle off from an Ilithid's snout Someone should cast Bulls's Strength on my char so he can pick off mindflayer limbs like daisies

I mean look at me I have hairy feet and I'm shorter than most of your kneecaps heh.... what we must do is unite under the banner of "GETTING THE *BEEP* OUT OF THIS GODS FORSAKEN CELL!" LOL!

Not at the start of the adventure, as i will be a Minotaur 6 and still have 2 more levels of monster progression before i can take a regular class. But Barbarian 1 and then going for Reaping Mauler is what i have planned
Lol.. at least the Lennie comment didn't go unnoticed.
At the risk of exposing my ignorance to the world... I never connected it until now that the Abominable Snowman (a la Bugs Bunny) is Steinbeck's Lennie. What else is hidden (or not so hidden, lol) in Warner Brothers cartoons?
Also if anyone has any feat suggestions/advice for Grellus I would be happy for the assistance. Based on the killing rage he went into in his backstory, I plan on advancing him into barbarian when we start gaining levels, so keep that in mind, too.

Power Attack might not be as advantageous as we'd assume in this instance. What is Grellus' BAB? Not including his strength bonus, that number is all you'd be able to subtract. I'd ask CM what his base would be, as well as how many feats you're actually supposed to be getting as the standard 1st, 3rd, 6th doesn't really apply for monster progression.
That said: Monkey Grip. Take the -2 to attack in order to use a weapon one size category larger. Nice when you're talking about a Huge weapon.
Large size + high Dexterity + Large and In Charge feat + Combat Reflexes feat + Exotic Weapon (spiked chain) feat = win.
Just an idea. Also, be careful about casually accepting to-hit penalities. As a minotaur your BAB and feat acquisition is directly tied to your Hit Dice, not your character level, so they'll both be lagging behind.
'Large and In Charge' is in the Draconomicon page 71 (You can prevent opponents from closing inside your reach.)
This was going to be a post negating that Large and In Charge due to the fact you want them to enter through your threatened space so that you can take the attack of opportunities, but then I read the feat description and yeah. Do it. It's niiiice.
For those who don't have the book handy, effectively when you successfully attack someone with an attack of opportunity due to passing through your threatened space it pushes them to the 5' space they were at before they provoked the attack.
Naw. A chisel & mallet is probably sufficient for cracking open even tough dwarven skulls. The crowbar if for heftier beasties such as minotaurs, ogres, trolls and the like. The Sledgehammer is for somewhat larger beasties such as small dragons or giants. For colossal dragons, leviathans and astral dreadnoughts, our hungry illithid would likely require a good pickaxe, plenty of time and maybe a few ranks in profession (miner).
