For that matter, everyone can go (I see that Hollister already did).
I wanted to make sure I wasn't holding anything up. And I had assumed the soldier's round 1 action was standing and drawing a weapon, meaning we were back to PC actions for round 2!

After the soldier went I forgot to note that everyone should go again. The only reason I pointed out that you had already gone was to make sure you didn't go again before the soldier took his next turn. Which didn't happen because you killed him.

Ha! He'll learn in the next life not to hold innocent families hostage... sucka
Fine works for the party, and hopefully we're a bit closer to Level 3! Yee haw!

What kind of gear did the soldier have on him? What type of armor and how good? I doubt Liiros would actually take it, but I need to consider whether or not Korrin's idea would work.....and what Liiros would think of it.

It sounds like a good plan. But would the uniform fit any of us is exactly right. We may even look at gathering some additional uniforms from slain Ragessians should the opportunity arise.

Man, that's the second time I was afk against my will for a few days and then the site goes down. I think I'm breaking ENWorld. Or keeping it functioning, I guess.
Big post in the IC thread. Even though Torrent called everyone into the kitchen, feel free to head out out to Gabal's school. I just wanted to have everyone in one place in case they wanted to discuss Korrin's plan of pretending to the be soldier.
Also, when I use the term "rolling", as in "rolling the bodies," or "rolling the dead orcs," I mean going through their equipment for useful l00tz. I don't know how common a term that is.
I know I posted a while ago about how important it was that I track xp correctly so that you all keep up with the pace expected from the adventure paths. But recent I realized that each adventure tells you what level you should be at its start. So for now don't worry about xp. Everyone will just level at appropriate parts in the mods. Right now you're almost at the point of leveling (the mod's written for level 1 PCs, so by starting everyone at level 2 you miss out on a level bump during the adventure).
If anyone ever needs to spend xp, I'm likely going to just ignore the xp cost. I'm a firm believer of the idea that xp is a river, so small xp costs are effort for no return. If anyone starts racking up heavy xp costs I'll just delay when you level by an encounter or two for a couple of levels.

I've heard the term "rolling" before for looting and robbing and such...so I get it!

This sounds completely fair! Just let us know when we level!

OK. But I'm still waiting to hear/see what quality of gear the soldier had and all. Obviously his falchion was masterwork or magical, but I dunno about the quality of the rest, or what type of armor it was. Liiros most likely won't take it, but I'm still thinking over whether or not he should try out Korrin's idea of impersonating the Ragessian.

If it has decent value and not much weight, we should definitely consider taking any gear. We can always sell it later to buy other goods we need.

From the IC post, the dead soldier has full plate armor that is functional but otherwise nothing special. He has a non-masterwork silvered shortsword. His was once wearing a tabard but it's been destroyed by fighting. And he has the falchion. That's all you find on him.
