No worries. These days there are so many feats out here I don't think anyone can keep track of them all, even if you have every book!

Everyone, let's keep IC and OOC speech clearly separate. Please. In my local gaming group we often mix the two, but that's because we slip in and out of character a lot. On the boards here it's much easier to separate IC and OOC, and I think we should take advantage of that.
If you want to have OOC table talk, use this thread. As long as it doesn't bog combat down and turn it into untimed chess matches, I won't object. Something like, "If PC1 moves to X, my PC can go to Y and use power Q to accomplish such-and-such" is certainly fine. Just don't be upset if other players don't take your advice. No one can win or lose this game**. That's important, so I'll say it again. No one can win or lose this game. If another PC takes actions that interfere with what you want your PC to do, it's only "bad" IC. OOC, we're all just roleplaying.
** I'm purposefully ignoring griefing here. I'm assuming no one in the game will do it.

No worries from me, pnuematik. That is exactly why Hollister left the pub. He couldn't get to the remaining enemies, so there wasn't really anything for him to do. Plus, the unexplored is exciting...and look, it led to new enemies!

I don't know how necessary the meat shield is. I don't think I ever got above a 13 on any attack roll in the previous round. I'm about to process the actions of everyone who's declared them so far (everyone but Liiros and Rashelle, who are currently glaring at each other), and I wouldn't be surprised if Hollister kills most of them with his Fiery Burst.
I mean no offense. I just "talk" online the same way I would around my gaming friends, but as has been noted in my Profile for quite some time, my speech may seem abrasive at times but I absolutely do not mean it to be; it's just that online there's no way to recognize tone of voice and the intended meaning by way of that.
I will refrain from any further tactical advice, attempts at OOC coordination, or other portrayals of Liiros' elvish brand of Charisma in the future.

I don't think this is a good idea. I think that Liiros had advice and as a tactician and general leader that's definitely a good fit.
I actually thought that it was interesting to see that a group of strangers don't automatically work together like a well-oiled machine. Maybe as the group works together more we can develop (In character) a more effective battle mechanic to account for situations like this

Agreed. You'll notice that Hollister thought anyone staying to fight in the burning building was a fool.

This is one of the things that I like about PBP. Everyone doesn't necessarily mesh well together, and I think it leads to better roleplaying.

Advice is fine. "I don't care if you take an AoO, MOVE" seems less like advice and more like an order. I'd have moved the last round b/c I had no problem with the way you originally worded it, but I wasn't aware that the staircase beside the orc was blocking anything.
I hope this doesn't escalate too far, I do think you're a good gamer, Ark. And if you want your character to be bossy, feel free, I just take it kinda personal when people are seemingly ordering me around OOC/IRL.
I just really don't like being told what to do (Personaly, my characters are usually ok with it), unless I ask. I wasn't asking you to stop with your insight, I just over-reacted a bit to the way you worded it. My general take on things is : If you want me to do something, Ask don't Tell.
I didn't mean to be rude in the first place; I just come off that way once in a while with my wording. Peace.
The thing is, asking Rashelle didn't accomplish anything, which was why Liiros tried being more forceful after wasting several seconds standing amid the burning debris and waiting (and getting moderately burnt himself in the process). He assessed the tactical advantages and disadvantages of Rashelle standing there and getting attacked some more, versus her moving to safety and just possibly getting attacked once along the way, before he could step in and use Corellon's power to heal her and smite the enemy simultaneously.
That's the only reason he tried threatening her into moving, before I changed my post due to your response. It's the only reason I tried being forceful about it; it was in Rashelle's best interest. And now I've already said that I won't bother with such advice/coordination in the future.
I tried it in-character first; that didn't work, so I tried to emphasize my point OOC at the same time, and that backfired. It won't happen again. Liiros will just learn to accept that Heironean tactics don't have anything in common with elvish tactics. He's not bossy; but he will take charge when no one else is bothering to coordinate in battle. Liiros will still try sometimes to coordinate, IC, but he's not going to expect anything to come of it after this. Not with the Heironean anyway.
DM Pneumatik --- Is the Reflex save/fire damage for going into a pile of burning debris separate from the other saves to avoid fire damage each round in the burning building?

Other than the first round when the ceiling fell in, you only need to make a save when you walk through burning debris.
And Liiros can be at J-10. I wasn't sure where you wanted him to go, so I just left him in front of the door. Everyone, if there's a particular square you want your PC to move to, tell me. Otherwise, I'll just make something up.
Alright, then the second save I made in my earlier post would cover his movement through the burning square to reach the door. His first save was poor and got him burnt, but his second save was a 10. So, with no enemy to smite at the end of the battle, he's still at 13/18 HP.
Well that was a bracing little fight, eh? Fire and debris and all sorts of fun stuff.

I'm going to wait at least over the weekend to post anything to give the people back in round three of the encounter down on the ground (Liiros, Plavin, and Rashell) a chance to talk to the townsfolk and get a blanket set up to catch anyone who might fall. Just in case Hollister's plan doesn't work.
Bah. I've nothing but faith in our resident fire expert. I just hope my fire resistance holds out, else Korrin will be dinner.
Ha! Good man! But you have more faith in my PC than I do!

If the PCs on the ground can't think of anything to say, in-game time will pass while they think and dither. Around noon (eastern time) Monday I'll post for Torrent and pass a couple of rounds to catch everyone up to the same round.
