The wealth question has already been answered. Sources are ph,dmg, complete series (all), spell compendium. those for sure, any others just ask.

Memento Magica are the spell slot caster version of pearls of power, but they cost more. They are from the Magic Item Compendium pg164.

EXCEPT that one Memento Magica cannot be used for BOTH spells and infusions. Infusion-type Memento Magica can only be used for infusions, and spell-type Memento Magica can only be used for spells.
