Fort Belurian is in trouble, contact hasn't been heard from their outpost on the island of Chult in weeks. It is too dangerous a place for regular scouts to travel to, despite the presence of the Fort.
The Flaming Fists (Flaming Fist - Forgotten Realms Wiki, your guide to everything Forgotten Realms) have put out a call for an adventuring company to aid them in this matter. Prospective applicants need to apply to Duke Eltan in Baldur's Gate. Payment includes a membership into the Fists, the largest and most powerful mercenary company in Faerun.
Level: 8
World: Faerun (Forgotten Realms)
Point Buy: 25 points [Pathfinder Rules pg.5]
Wealth: By level according to DMG (27k), no item worth more than 25% of the gold (exception is a +2 weapon)
HP: Max 1st, 3/4 after
Rules: I'll be using the Pathfinder Ruleset, Beta version.
Acceptable Sources: Pathfinder Rules, Beta Version + Web Enhancement

3 months is pretty quick for 1000+ posts. My first OOC posts took almost 3 years to get to that point, if I'm not mistaken.

here is a serious heads up: Tomarrow is the day I have for eye surgery. Ther should be no complications, in theory. More to come after the surgery....

As an aside, I mentioned it in another thread, but all the talk (well at least the talk by me anyways) about Maure Castle got me hankering to see how player's here might handle it. If, after the completion of this adventure, anybody wishes to continue with their current PC's and tackle the dungeons of the Maure family I will give 1st preference to you. Also, if anyone wishes to change out their PC for another no problem.
