Class Traits
To create a sorcerer, use the rules for Wizards except as follows:
Key Abilities: Charisma, Dexterity, Wisdom
Trained Skills: From the class skills list below, choose four trained skills at 1st level.
Class Skills: Arcana (Int), Bluff (Cha), Diplomacy (Cha), Endurance (Con), Heal (Wis), Intimidate (Cha), Streetwise (Cha)
Armor Proficiencies: Cloth, leather.
Weapon Proficiencies: Simple melee, simple ranged.
Class Features: Arcane Implement Mastery, cantrips, Force of Personality, Magic In the Blood.

Force of Personality
Your Wizard spells and wizard paragon path spells use your Charisma modifier instead of Intelligence for attack and damage rolls. All other effects that are based on Intelligence remain unchanged.
Magic In the Blood
The first time you become bloodied during an encounter one of your encounter spells recharges.
Sorcerer Feats
Sorcerers count as Wizards for the purpose of fulfilling feat prerequisites.
More Magic In the Blood [Sorcerer]
Prerequisites: Sorcerer, Con 13 or Wis 13
When you use your Second Wind one of your encounter spells recharges.
Arcane Personality [Multiclass Sorcerer]
Prerequisite: Cha 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the sorcerer's class skill.
Choose a 1st-level wizard at-will power. You can use that power once per encounter. Use your charisma modifier instead of intelligence for attack and damage rolls when using this and any other wizard powers gained by multiclass feats.
In addition, you can use an orb, a staff, or a wand as an implement when using a wizard power or a wizard paragon path power.
