Backstab is a feat from The Manual of Puissant Skill at Arms published by Fifth Element Games.

Backstab

You are dangerous when an opponent turns its back on you.

Prerequisites: Int 13, Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes, Superior Flanker, base attack bonus +6.

Benefit: When you and a friendly character or creature are flanking an opponent, and the opponent attacks the friendly character or creature, you may immediately make an attack of opportunity on the opponent.

You can only make one attack of opportunity in this way against a particular opponent in a round, regardless of how many times the opponent attacks a friendly character or creature.

Special: A fighter may select Backstab as one of his fighter bonus feats.
