Flerri's Instant Light is a spell from Lost Books #14: Mark of Light published by Clockwork Golem Workshop.

This spell causes an object to glow with a powerful magic light once it is carried into an area of magical darkness. The light is effectively stored within the object, taking effect immediately in the same round when you enter the area of the magical darkness. Once it has been triggered, Flerri’s instant light dispels a darkness spell of equal or lower level, then causes the object to glow like a torch (shedding bright light in a 20-foot radius) for 5 rounds.

Material Components: Incense and herbs worth 50 gp and a piece of phosphorus.
