Heroic Tier

Acidtouched

Benefit : When attacking a creature that is vulnerable to acid, you gain combat advantage when you use a power that has the acid keyword.

Prerequisites: Dex 13, Mounted Combat

Benefit: Mounting becomes a move action (not standard).

Claw Fighter (Dragonborn)

Prerequisites : Dragonborn

Benefit : Your unarmed attacks are treated as light blades for all purposes and you are automatically proficient with them. Your claws grant a +2 proficiency bonus, deal 1d6 damage, and have the Off-hand property.

Normal : Your unarmed attacks are considered improvised melee weapons, offer no proficiency bonus, deal 1d4 damage, and do not have the Off-hand property.

Note : This feat does not stack with Improved Unarmed Strike.

Deadly Charge

Prerequisites: Mounted Combat, Powerful Charge

Benefit: When you charge while mounted, you gain a +5 bonus to the damage rolls of your melee basic attack.

Deadly Predator (Bugbear)

Prerequisites : Bugbear, predatory eye racial power

Benefit : You gain a +1 feat bonus to damage rolls when using your predatory eye racial power. At 11th level, this bonus increases to +2. At 21st level, it increases to +3.

Deathtouched

Benefit : When attacking a creature that is vulnerable to necrotic, you gain combat advantage when you use a power that has the necrotic keyword.

Dual Weapon [Ranger]

Prerequisites: Ranger, Two-Blade Fighting Style

Benefit: You may treat a polearm as a dual weapon. This allows you to use the polearm to fulfill two-weapon attack requirements. The haft acts as the secondary weapon with the following stats (Proficiency +2 / Damage 1d6 / Group: Mace, Polearm / Properties: Off-hand).

Special: When you use the secondary attack in a round, you lose the Reach property of the polearm until the start of your next turn.

Eladrin Duelist (Eladrin)

Prerequisites : DEX 17, Eladrin, Eladrin Soldier

Benefit : You may treat a longsword as a heavy blade or light blade.

Special : You may not use the Versatile property when using a longsword as a light blade.

Fearsome Threat<Fighter>

Prerequisites: Fighter, Wisdom 13

Benefit: Once per day when you score a critical hit, you may choose to apply your mark to a number of enemies within a burst 1 equal to your wisdom modifier as a free action.

Firetouched

Benefit : When attacking a creature that is vulnerable to fire, you gain combat advantage when you use a power that has the fire keyword.

Hellfire Curse (Warlock)

Prerequisites : CON 15, Warlock, infernal pact, Warlock's Curse class feature

Benefit : Damage dealt by your Warlock's Curse class feature gains the fire keyword.

Improved Unarmed Strike

Prerequisites : STR 13, training with at least on military or superior melee weapon

Benefit : Your unarmed attack is now considered a military weapon that is part of the unarmed and mace weapon groups and offers a +2 proficiency bonus, deals 1d6 damage, and has the Off-hand property.

Normal : Your unarmed attacks are considered improvised melee weapons, offer no proficiency bonus, deal 1d4 damage, and do not have the Off-hand property.

Note : This feat does not stack with Claw Fighter.

Prerequisites: Dex 13, Mounted Combat

Benefit: While you are mounted, you gain a +1 to all defenses.

Benefit : When attacking a creature that is vulnerable to poison, you gain combat advantage when you use a power that has the poison keyword.

Psychic Curse (Warlock)

Prerequisites : INT 13, Warlock, fey pact, Warlock's Curse class feature

Benefit : Damage dealt by your Warlock's Curse class feature gains the psychic keyword.

Rapid Reload

Prerequisites : Training with the ranged weapon being used

Benefit : You can reload any weapon with the Load Minor property as a free action instead.

Normal : Reloading a weapon with the Load Minor property requires the use of a minor action.

Shielding Defense

Prerequisites : STR 13, training with the shield being used

Benefit : When you are using a heavy shield and taking a total defense action, your allies may use you as cover.

Thundertouched

Benefit : When attacking a creature that is vulnerable to thunder, you gain combat advantage when you use a power that has the thunder keyword.

Void Curse (Warlock)

Prerequisites : CON 13 or CHA 13, warlock, star pact, Warlock's Curse class feature

Benefit : Damage dealt by your Warlock's Curse class feature gains the cold keyword.

Warding Challenge

Prerequisites: Paladin, divine challenge power

Benefit: While a target is marked by your divine challenge power, it takes a -2 penalty to damage rolls on any attack that does not include you as a target.

Weapon Finesse

Prerequisites : Weapon Focus (Light Blade)

Benefit : When attacking with a light blade, you can use your dexterity in place of strength for any attack roll made with a power that has the weapon keyword. This also applies to melee basic attacks.

Paragon Tier

Holy Challenge

Prerequisites: Paladin, divine challenge power

Benefit: When an enemy takes damage from your divine challenge power, it gains vulnerability 5 to your attacks until the end of your next turn.

Inescapable Challenge

Prerequisites: Paladin, divine challenge power

Benefit: When an enemy takes damage from your divine challenge power, you may pull the enemy 1 square as an immediate reaction.

Asmodeus' Command<Divinity>

Prerequisites: Channel Divinity Class feature, you must worship Asmodeus.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Asmodeus' Command.

Channel Divinity: Asmodeus’ Command

Feat Power

You utter a single command, invested with the very voice of your master himself.

Encounter • Divine

Minor Action Close burst 1 (burst 2 at 11th, burst 5 at 21st)

Target: One creature in the burst

Effect: You slide the target 1 square.

Special: You must take the Asmodeus’ Command feat to use this power.

Bane's Charge<Divinity>

Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Bane.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Bane’s Charge.

Channel Divinity: Bane’s Charge

Feat Power

Bane favors the warmongers; hence he favors your martial efforts.

Encounter • Divine

Minor Action Ranged 5

Target: You or an ally.

Effect: Until the end of your next turn, the target’s speed improves by 2 squares when it makes a charge. Increase the movement bonus to +4 squares on 11th level and +6 squares on 21st level.

Special: You must take the Bane’s Charge feat to use this power.

Grummush's Strength <Divinity>

Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Gruumsh.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Gruumsh’s Strength.

Channel Divinity: Gruumsh’s Strength

Feat Power

You channel the raw power of Gruumsh to crush your enemies.

Encounter • Divine

Immediate Interrupt Close burst 5

Trigger: You or an ally within range makes a critical hit in melee.

Effect: The triggering melee attack deals +1d6 extra damage.

Increase the damage to +2d6 on 11th level and to +3d6 on 21st level.

Special: You must take the Gruumsh’s Strength feat to use this power.

Effect: Shift 1 + your Charisma modifier squares. Special: You must take the Lolth’s Gait feat to use this power.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Tharizdun’s Throes.

Feat Power

In the moment of death, you surrender your soul to oblivion and let your master touch reality for a brief moment.

Encounter • Divine

Immediate Interrupt Close Burst 1 (burst 2 at 11th, burst 3 at 21st)

Trigger: You are brought below 0 hp by a melee attack

Target: You and all creatures in the burst

Effect: The target takes 1d6 damage. Increase the damage to 2d6 on 11th level and to 3d6 at 21st level.

Special: When you use this power, you die forever.

Special: You must take the Tharizdun’s Throes feat to use this power.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Tiamat’s Vengeance.

As your mistress, you retaliate against anybody trespassing against you or your servants.

Encounter • Divine

Trigger: You or an ally in range is hit by a critical hit

Effect: Make a basic melee attack against the enemy triggering this power.

Special: You must take the Tiamat’s Vengeance feat to use this power.

Trigger: You are hit by a melee attack

Effect: The target takes 1d6 damage and gets a +2 power bonus on melee attacks until the end of your next turn.

Special: You must take the Torog’s Delight feat to use this power.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Zehir’s Venom.

Feat Power

You invoke Zehir’s might and a fresh wound of your enemy is filled with a potent poison.

Encounter • Divine, Poison

Minor Action Close burst 10

Target: One creature hit by your attack this turn.

Effect: The target takes ongoing 2 poison damage (save ends). Increase the damage to 5 at 11th level, and 10 at 21st level.

Special: You must take the Zehir’s Venom feat to use this power.
