They stand around ten feet tall and are very similar in appearance to an ettin, except that they have troll heads and three-fingered, clawed hands. These creatures also prefer darkness, and are nocturnal and usually found in caves and underground caverns. They will eat anything they can catch and kill. COMBAT In battle they attack with two claws and two bites. Normally both bite attacks will be against one opponent. Superior Multiattack (Ex): Because they have two heads, and thus two brains, giant two-headed trolls are not penalized for their additional attacks in the same manner as one-headed creatures. Regeneration (Ex): Fire and acid deal normal damage to a giant two-headed troll. Unlike other trolls, they cannot reattach or regrow severed body parts.
