Dark Terrors
Shadowrun Supplement
By Catalyst Game Labs

You heard the scream. It’s important to remember that. Sometimes, when it’s late, and you hear something that sounds like a scream echoing through dark alleys, you try to convince yourself that it was something else. An animal. An illusion. Anything but what it sounded like.

But it was a scream. You heard it, and you’ll hear it again, because in the Sixth World, the supply of terror is growing. Bug spirits work to devour corporations from within. Shedim claim dead bodies and mobilize to their own dark ends. And the hidden corners of the metaplanes and the Matrix contain creatures that are best not imagined, because to imagine them is to sever ties with reason.

Dark Terrors is a catalog of the horrors lurking under the surface of the Sixth World. With plot updates and hooks, critter stats, and campaign information presented in an immersive style, it’s an invaluable resource for players ready to stay on the edge of their seats. The Faerie Ring: Along the Twisting Way Campaign Guide
5th Edition Setting
By Zombie Sky Press

Nail down the furniture, and hide the children… the fey are coming!
The Faerie Ring is here! Welcome to the worlds of the fey. You'll meet fey lords and their servitors and travel to strange, far-away lands.
Most cultures easily rattle off stories of the fey, portraying them in the most colorful of ways. On the surface, the tales seem little more than entertainment and whimsy, perhaps a moral interjected here and there. More often than not, they are so contradictory or ridiculous as to be easily dismissed. However, if you look long enough, you eventually realize that the fey are simply more diverse and complicated than previously imagined.

The fey aren’t like you and me.

In this book, you’ll find...

  • [*=center]Secrets of the fey laid bare
    [*=center]Fey origin myths, philosophies, and social habits
    [*=center]Wonders of the Preternatural Planes
    [*=center]11 fey lords and their demesnes
    [*=center]New fey subtypes, 30 fey NPCs, 45 new fey monsters, 22 fey artifacts
    [*=center]And more of the craziness that can only come from the fey
The Faerie Ring brings you the worlds of the fey. From the fey lords to those that serve them. Their lands, their magics, their machinations. Everything you need to bring a fresh dose of fey to your game.

Cleric Theory
Systemless Sourcebook
By Dancing Lights Press

Using Clerics in Worldbuilding and Adventure Design

Clerics bring a sense of mythology to a fantasy world. They validate the existence of deities. Their beliefs reflect the morals and ethics of their religion, if not the broader cultures of the setting. The magic they utilize is different because it is divinely bestowed for faithfulness to a dogma, doctrine, or code of behavior, rather than learned. There can be a lot of spells to keep track of, but the irony is that clerics are often only used for casting one sort of spell: healing. This reflects a greater opportunity that is often overlooked because of the nature of most tabletop fantasy campaigns. A cleric is often the one character that’s not all about killing, and upon occasion a character that’s not about killing at all. They are a chance to explore not only religion, but political values and the overall cultural traditions of the setting that are shaped by beliefs and relationships with higher powers. These elements of the setting have the power to shape other classes, storylines, and the overall direction your fantasy worldbuilding takes.

Because the Class Theory supplements are system-agnostic, this volume will delve more into the perceptions and archetypal personalities of the rogue rather than specific abilities. In places, some broad generalizations will be made. You should adapt the concepts to what best fits the mechanics, setting, and character that you’re working with inside the context of your campaign. As an example, while not all systems have classes, the word class will be used generically to represent the actual character element of that name, character archetypes and templates, and other conceptual details that fit the general spirit of the rogue. Because if we’re going to be intellectually honest, we need to just admit that everything in tabletop roleplaying, no matter how innovative, unique, and transcendent it may be, with always be compared to the baseline created by the game that started the hobby.
[h=3]For the Player[/h]
This book is not about new abilities, optimizing your character build, or exploiting game mechanics for maximum effect. The intention of this volume is to help you tell your character’s story. By the end of this book, you’ll see the rogue in relation to the Three Pillars of Fantasy Storytelling, and use the unique features of the archetype to create unique characters, enhance your worldbuilding, and tell unique stories tailored to their roles and abilities.
[h=3]For the Gamemaster[/h]
By taking a look at the specific strengths and opportunities of the rogue class, you will be able to create truly balanced encounters. You will gain a fresh perspective on how the rogue fits into the Three Pillars of Fantasy Storytelling, so you can work with the player to create a character that fits seamlessly with the setting and your campaign. The way rogue characters can be leveraged to expand your worldbuilding efforts, and can be mined for story hooks, will allow you to have a richer creative experience, and an overall better roleplaying experience for everyone at your table.

Agra
2-4 players, ages 12+, 90-120+ minutes
By Quined Games

Agra, India: The year is 1572; this year marks the 30th birthday of Abu'l-Fath Jalal-ud-din Muhammad, popularly known as Akbar the Great. Akbar is the third ruler of India's Mughal dynasty, having succeeded his father, Humayun. With the guidance of his regent, Bairam Khan, Akbar has expanded and consolidated India's Mughal domains. Using his strong personality and skill as a general, Akbar has enlarged his Empire to include nearly all of the Indian subcontinent north of the Godavari River; his presence is felt across the entire country due to the Mughals' military, political, cultural, and economic dominance.

To unify the vast Mughal state, Akbar has established a centralized system of administration; conquered rulers are conciliated through marriage and diplomacy. Akbar has preserved peace and Order throughout his empire by passing laws that have won him the support of his non-Muslim subjects. Eschewing tribal bonds and Islamic state-identity, Akbar has striven to unite his lands. The Mughals' Persian-ized culture has afforded Akbar near-divine status.

Notables and emissaries from all over the country are on their way for Akbar's birthday celebration. As an ambitious landowner, you cannot let this pass; the festivities are a golden opportunity for you to rise in stature and wealth.

On your land in Agra, you cultivate and harvest cotton and turmeric. You possess a forest from which you produce wood, as well as a small, but very profitable sandstone quarry. By trading and processing your wares, you can obtain more luxurious goods, which you will then use to woo notables as they make their way into the capital. Of course, your rivals have the same plan; you must use your wits to outsmart them as Akbar's birthday draws near...
