Has anyone else found any art in the 3e books recycled from earlier editions?

If so, what was it?

Would you be shocked to hear that there's a piece in one of the core books from an earlier edition? Cuz there is.

The map in the DMG. It's well-known. All the example adventure text is the same.

It's the same layout but not the same art.

in 1999 with the return to series... there were some pieces cropped from previous published material.

but i haven't really paid attention to much of the art since... as i find it repulsive.

Who ever ran this adventure to his players? Myself I once ran the example of role-playing-game described in the AD&D 1e DMG: PCs are in a sewers after wererats, just example tewt, not even a module's part. My players found the idea funny.

I wouldn't mide more recycled art. Perhaps a book of it. It's very nostalgic.
