Cast a Personal Spell on another Creature?

Is there a way to Cast a Transmutation Personal Range Spell on another Creature other than the Share Spells ability?

Not that I know of. If it helps at all, a high level Master Specialist (CM prestige class) Abjuration specialist can cast personal abjuration spells on someone else 3/day. Nothing like a Fighter type or (even better) a VoP monk walking around with an AMF up.

Unfortunately, as the Vow of Poverty is a supernatural ability, you lose the benefits while inside an antimagic field.

Now, the Fighter running around in Adamantine Full Plate in an antimagic field, on the other hand...

Oh, and there is - sort of - Core, even:
If you pick up a flavor of the Ring of Spell Storing, you can cast spells into it (no restriction on the target of the spell) and anyone can use the ring to cast spells out of it. They're always at minimum caster level, but for many, that's perfectly fine.

Some of its benefits are Su, others are Ex. So you're still getting a bunch of your goodies working, whilst christmas-tree-like item-laden others aren't. Regardless, the main point of putting AMF on a frontliner is for him to run around giving the enemy mages "hugs." ^_^

If you use full-transparency for psionics you can create a psionic tattoo of a personal range power/spell. It costs twice the amount.

It's possible that you might be able to pull it off with the use of the Magic Jar spell. I guess that's open to interpretation, but to quote the leader of the Neutral Planet, all I know is my gut says maybe.

Warweaver from Heroes of Battles gives an ability to change personal spells to touch spells. There is no limit on uses, but you can only use it on those that you designate during spell preparation time. (it also might be capped)

Unfortunately, it is only an arcane caster PrC.

I've always been curious about doing this via Magic Jar as well... especially on a physical based spell. Does the spell follow the body or spirit?

If you're using Psionics and you're open to well-written third-party material, the Society Mind is probably what you're looking for after level 8 (see the Mystic Echo ability). It's probably the best support class in 3.5, and it's free
