Could someone (who has their books with them) please explain two aspects of dracoliches? Thanks.

How does their "Paralyzing Gaze" work?
Does the bonus cold damage apply to all of their attacks?

All of their attacks get +1d6 cold damage (And a chance to paralyze, by paralyzing touch).

Their glowing eyes paralyze anyone in 40 feet who don't make their Fort save (likely a booboo) (DC 10+1/2 HD + Charisma modifyer). If they make it, they're immune to this paraylzation by the dracolich, if they fail, paralyzed for 2d6 rounds.

FRCS, page 311:
Paralyzing Gaze (SU): The gaze of a dracolich's glowing eys can paralyze victims within 40 feet who fail a Fortitude save (DC 10+1/2 the dracolich's Hit Dice + it's Charisma modifier). If the saving throw is successful, the character is forever immune to the gaze of that particular dracolich. If it fails, the victim is paralyzed for 2d6 rounds.

Damage: As base creature, plus an additional 1d6 points of cold damage. A successful attack may also paralyze the victim; see Special Attacks (paralyzing touch).

The extra 1d6 cold damage would seem to apply to any physical attack the dracolich makes.
