Between the Clergy and the suggested accents, this popped into my head and had to be let out:

Neat idea. It works.

But they keep referring to the southern continent as the "new world" and the northern one as the "old world." Might make more sense to use the Americas rather than Africa. I personally think of Risur more as a giant Louisiana, and Ber is explicitly described as Mexico.

(and you gotta move Mirsk up into Scandinavia)

Huh? I've never seen this in the text. Where are you getting this from? You make it sound like it's mentioned several times. (I have the PF version, is this cut from the 4e or added to the 5e perhaps?)
