Hey there! Storm Hollow is a massive storytelling RPG coming out this year. The world book is called A Poppin's Guide To Storm Hollow, and is available as a free download here (under the heading Rulebook, although this is a rules-free campaign setting guide/gazeteer).
The Poppin's Guide is one of six books shipping with the upcoming Limited Edition Treasury. Currently, preordering the Limited Edition Treasury is the only way to guarantee getting the full content, as the retail strategy has not yet been set.
Here's a huge visual spoiler that shows many of the final components and walks through the different types of cards and books, as well as a cross-section of the almost 700 pieces of unique art and a rules overview:

This Life and Times of a Boardgame Newsletter has a link to a podcast where art director Dann May and designer Angela Hickman Newnham discuss the game, along with some more component previews and other information about the game development from an art perspective.
Here's a link to a recent episode of the Punched and Played podcast where the hosts interviewed Angela at length about the game, mechanics, and development over the last few years. This is the most detailed interview about the game so far and probably answers more questions than you knew you had.
