A being able to polymorph might think Cogito ergo sum and become what it thinks it is, yet, if the same being were to think Cogito ergo ka-boom only a pile of ash would be found, for, that is what happens when thinking of fireballs.

If they can live in any kind of water, yes. But if they’re exclusive to flowing fresh water, then “fluvius” for the species name. If they can be found in lakes and ponds, then “lacus” or “lacuna” would also work.

From the complete gnomes Guide-garden gnomes-the evil branch of the gnome tree, basically to the gnomes what the drow are to the elves. They are able to freeze completely still & usually look like the classic garden gnomes often found in gardens of yore. Gnomus stillus evolous?

Dragon handbook-reef dragon, basically the metallic version of the brine dragon, Able to conjure animals for defense and unlike the brine dragon able to breath air(at least for a short while) Draco corolius?
