I had a lot of fun today with a (first) session today. It was a fun bit of roleplay and some dice throwing as a first group of five (5) PCs arrived in-system. I had a lot of fun GMing for the five Players - we used Roll20 with Discord audio - and appreciate learning more about a West Marches style game. Great fun!

We threw quite a few experimental ideas at you for how the campaign should work, and I appreciate your willingness to give it a try and see how it goes. I think your example inspired some of the other players to give GMing a try too!

Great session last Saturday for the NEW West Marches game. It was a lot of fun providing a mission for the team. This one involved primarily operations around getting a team of scientists to a planet-side xenoarchealogy site within parameters (no direct landings, undeveloped planet, jungle, etc). It also involved some exploration and medical crisis.
Really fun time - I'm definitely enjoying GMing for the Players, and learning quite a bit about NEW, West Marches style, Roll20 and Discord alike.

I hope to get into a game this weekend. Spouse and kids will be out of town and I'll have a nice, quiet house to myself.
Another fun mission today in the NEW: West Marches campaign. As usual (if you can call 3 sessions usual), I had a blast GMing for some great players. We had four returning, and one new player (playing a Synthetic Combat Medic). The group dealt with an atmospheric quantum pulse anomaly, investigated an odd site and managing to fly out of some sort of exploding fungal-spore cloud thing.
It's been great fun, and definitely a help for my learning the WOIN / NEW system, West Marches campaigns, and sharpening Roll 20 and GMing chops in general.
