DMsGuild stuff is also open to reworking. WGtE seems to be mostly done at this point, since it’s been a while since any update, but once the Artificer is done it will be added to the book

Really wish they'd release a nice printed version of the new Eberron and this source book as well instead of just pdf releases.

this source book is unofficial.
They mentioned a print version being offered for Wayfinders once it is "finished"

Yeah, I think the reasoning was that if you were an early adopter and paid for print on demand that you might be angry to find that they added the artificer later and you were out of luck without paying again.
