Help finding a Starter Set-OotA connection originally posted to Reddit.

In prepping to introduce some folks to D&D via the Starter Set, I stumbled across this page:

One of the links that intrigues me is the one that ties it to Out of the Abyss, which is touted as "a must read to make LMoP a better adventure."
Transitioning into Out of the Abyss

Problem is: the original post of that thread has been deleted and the thread has been archived.
Does anyone have the original content or a link to another place that still has it available?
