  • SLA Industries. Really grim.
  • Cyberspace: ICE's MERP ported to CP setting. Spacemaster light.
  • GURPS: Cyberpunk & Transhuman Space
  • Hero System: Cyber Hero
  • Technoir
  • 2300 AD

Traveller itself, as in, Classic Traveller, No.
MegaTraveller: some influence, but not really.
Traveller the New Era: more influence, but still not there.
Traveller 4: nope.
Traveller 5: kind of, if you opt to use the relevant chunks.
GT: No. But you can bring G:Cyberpunk and cross over.
T20: more elements than TNE, but still no.
HT: as with GT, mix-n-match with the Cyberpunk supplement
Mongoose Traveller: with the right sourcebooks, yes. Otherwise, no.

Traveller:2300 did cross over into the Cyberpunk milieux - but not very far into.

Traveller has the megacorps, and the downtrodden underclasses, but as a setting, doesn't embrace the transhumanist elements until in T5.

The same publisher (Samjoko) which produced The Veil, powered by the Apocalypse, also produced another cyberpunk game called Hack the Planet, using John Harper's Blades in the Dark as a framework.

If their progenitors are anything to go by, the former will be a wide open game where the players exercise a great deal of freedom in defining the interests and spheres of influence of their PCs, and how they align and clash, while the latter will be a tightly focused game about heists and scores which produce fallout and consequences.
