You can do a search and get some basic information - a topic on Stackexchange discussing the code, in example. Here is a primitive Youtube video of a program that can recognize dice face images and decode what each dice reads. It's at a state where you'd need to build your own, but the technology is certainly there, and has been for over a decade - just no one has released a practical application (that I can find with a quick search).
