Hey, I can hear a troll coming this way and he’s calling for two others. Primus! Watch your back!
With that Sesto took a few step back as Kalorn called out. He wanted to get a better view of what was coming behind the slope. The remaining Kobolds in our the cave seemed to stay put for the moment but you wouldn’t want to have them on your back.
Sesto called forth his spectral mace and attempted to clobber the leading troll on the head. Next he sent down a taste of Lathander’s wrath onto the same troll. “Take that, you cold hearted fit head!”, he shouted and wished that would slow them down a little.

"Time to share Drow magic...", thought Lorenn. Comming from nowhere, Lorenn slid through the Kobold pack and, flying backward, threw a white ball that expended forming a thick and sticky web ensnaring the Kobolds.

OOC: Bonus Action: Disengage
Movement: 50ft North
Action: Lorenn casts Web Dex 14

[sblock=Web]
The webs fill a 20-foot cube from that point for the duration. The webs are difficult terrain and lightly obscure their area.

If the webs aren’t anchored between two solid masses (such as walls or trees) or layered across a floor, wall, or ceiling, the conjured web collapses on itself, and the spell ends at the start of your next turn. Webs layered over a flat surface have a depth of 5 feet.

Each creature that starts its turn in the webs or that enters them during its turn must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is restrained as long as it remains in the webs or until it breaks free.

A creature restrained by the webs can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. If it succeeds, it is no longer restrained.

The webs are flammable. Any 5-foot cube of webs exposed to fire burns away in 1 round, dealing 2d4 fire damage to any creature that starts its turn in the fire. [/sblock]

Lorenn tries to block the passage. If it's to wide, he casts the web into the narrow corridor.

The sounds of alarm reach mord's ears and he decides to focus on clearing out the kobolds before the creatures decide to become brave. Another pair of bolts flew out to strike two more of the dragonkin.

Legend
Lorenn & the Kobolds to the South

Lorenn slung a web, which attached itself to the side-cavern and the floor and ceiling in spite of the slippery surface. It fell on the armoured kobolds, sticking to most of their arms, shoulders, and shields. One of them managed to duck under his shield and pushed his way through, chasing Lorenn as the half-elf and the two familiars rushed northward. Another armoured kobold struggled free, but the other two were held fast, struggling in vain.

A kobold in the cavern came forward and looked up and down at the webbing. Taking a twisted piece of metal out of his pouches, he struck it against another, and lit a greasy-looking rag on fire. He tossed this rag into the webbing at one corner, and the webs began to burn. Seeing him do this, another kobold moved forward and spoke high-pitched draconic words while waving his hand about, and a flame burst forth, further burning away the webbing that was blocking the cavern entrance. Though neither of them had yet burnt the webs holding the armoured Kobolds trapped, it was clear that those kobolds thought they might, for they started struggling to get free with renewed vigour.

The other kobolds in the cavern just stood and watched.

GM: I'll update the map below so I don't have to keep both maps together.

Kalorn, Primus, & Sesto vs Troll 1

The first of the Ice-Trolls rushed toward Primus. As it did it began to shake its head from side to side, as if something was bothering it's ears. Perhaps it was the trickle of blue blood coming from one of them as Primus hurt the Troll's mind. Still, on it came, taking a glancing blow from one of Kalorn's eldritch blasts. Sesto's glowing mace appeared, and it swung at the troll, but the creature brushed it aside as it lunged forward, avoiding Sesto's scorching light while it took a mighty swipe with its claws at Primus. The mystic tried to shield himself, but the blow was struck. To avoid the troll's follow-up, Primus shimmered and disappeared, reappearing at the bottom of the ice-ramp while the troll swished his claws and fangs through a fading image of the man who had just been there.

GM: I'm pretty sure that's basically how Primus' TP works. Increases his AC to 20 on a hit, which might turn it into a miss (in this case no) and then TP 20' away. Right?
Also: Anyone seen Gene anywhere? (I will move on soon either way).

Legend
Mord vs Northern Kobolds

As Mord picked off a few more of the Kobolds in the cavern to the north, the remaining few snapped out of their terrified stupor and began to defend themselves. One took a clay pot out of a bag and flung it at Mord, who was just visible at the edge of Kalorn's illusion as he fired his eldritch bolts. The clay pot smashed on the ground in front of the warlock, but it sent a wave of icy liquid that froze up his legs. The last remaining kobold charged toward the warlock, all caution gone.

Loklafd & Alhana vs Troll2

The second Ice-Troll shouldered its way past the first. As it came to the top of the slope, Alhana fired two arrows at it. One arrow struck it in the chest (though it seemed not to mind) the other went over its head as the enormous creature tucked into a ball and slid down the slope. Loklafd threw two javelins, poorly, as he backed away in a bit of a panic. The troll barrelled its way through the small crowd at the bottom of the slope, using its body as its weapon.

Troll 3

The third Ice-Troll came up beside the first. From the top of the slope, it hurled a sharp chunk of ice down at Sesto, which shattered on his shield spraying sharp shards that cut his face.
