Why I'm not boycotting the movie, video games, comic books or novels over the OGL scandal, just D&DB & hardcovers.

Yeah but I don't want you to do that. Honestly this OGL outrage has become a bore and I am tired of seeing it.
Again, that’s the point.
I don't care about keeping 1.0. It does not affect anyone at this point anyway as the other companies are moving away and only they would have been affected by the changes in the first place.
It absolutely affects the industry significantly.

well, if WotC reversed course and added the 'irrevocable' to it, they might come back. I get it, does not affect you, who cares about anyone else, all the people losing their jobs are quite annoying with their pleas for help

Yeah, that's a big 'nope' there.

There's a whole cottage industry that's been thrown into chaos that's still ongoing because despite appearances nothing's been resolved and we're stuck in a holding pattern until they tell us exactly what OGL 2 is

Yeah, but I also don't want that to happen. I want to watch the movie in peace.

I don't see the point of keeping up the protests given that they are already walking back the stuff that was objectionable.
There is one issue and one issue only. Revoking 1.0a. That's it. Everything else is mud. And they have not walked that back.
