I like this alternate Warlock that Caliburn101 offered in another thread. I haven't gotten to try it out, yet, but I am planning on building a few as NPCs for an upcoming adventure.

Anymore, I just assume that ongoing training had been going on prior to gaining the XP, perhaps even before adventuring... The XP just makes it "click". Therefore, I will usually allow levelling up during a long rest, if I've awarded XP.

One of the things I like about The Starfinder Roleplaying Game is that anyone can make two attacks at -4/-4 instead of their normal attack bonus for a single attack. Our group added that rule to our house rules for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, this past weekend and it worked great...

I like the idea presented in the original post. Very similar to how I handled converting an Undead Bloodline Sorcerer from Pathfinder to 5E. Not overpowering, at all.

Overall, I like the fighter; especially the champion. I like the Battle Master the least of the core sub-classes. I do wish the Player's Handbook would've included more sub-classes. For instance, a fighter sub-class that functions as an outdoor specialist or spell-less ranger... I'd've liked...

I'll have to give Unchained a more in depth look. I've only skimmed the revised action economy and didn't fully grasp all the elements of it well enough to put it into play, yet. Will definitely have to give it another look.

That we do, Starfox. I just ordered some more Pathfinder Pawns, today, and got a few more of the bestiary and setting PDF's, this weekend. Really like the artwork and story elements in the PDFs. The PRD is nice as a reference, but the artwork is inspirational, too.

Great questions, RevTurkey. I think if you take the time to familiarize yourself with the feats and othe abilities of the monsters/enemies beforehand, taking whatever notes you need to, you will be fine. You may occasionally need to reference the Pathfinder Reference Document at paizo.com/prd...
