Medusa & Mind Flayer "couple" - where is it?

Any other sources of vile material that they may be in? I really, really swear I've seen that picture and the stats more than once. If it helps

- the picture is on the right hand page
- the stats continue on into the next page (means you gotta flip it over)
- the mind flayer's stats come first

I also want to know the names they were given. At any rate, the contingency names for Mallura (for the medusa) and Breellect (for the mind flayer).

These two villains have been around for over a year or two but I've never had reason to stat them up, I always thought they were in the BoVD.

Argh! Was I really dreaming?

Was one of them a Cancer Mage Prc and the other a Vermin Lord Prc? I seem to remember something like that from somewhere. Frell! Now you got me stuck on it! Oh well, we'll figure it out.

Maybe the FR book Champions of Ruin? Unfortunately I am at work right now and cannot check, but that book had vile content in it too...

The only thing I remember about Medusea mating was an "Ecology of the Maedar" article from a Dragon in the 80s (can't remeber the number but I think it was pre 200). Other than that, I have no clue dude...

I SAW THOSE PAGES TOO!

Then they melted and turned into my 10th grade history teacher's face. She droned on something about the Reconstruction period following the Civil War and then her voice changed into the siren sounds made by the clowns in "The Yellow Submarine."

I woke up with the cat licking my toe. I can't go back to sleep, clowns will get me, clowns will get me...

I swear, no more pizza before bedtime.

well if it had an illithid - it kinda had to be.
I still have no idea how a illithid ended up with a gender.

If they had vile feats, then I'm not going to bother checking my 2nd ed sourcebook
or spelljammer stuff.

hmm lords of madness? *checks book* nope.

In the Tower of Deception (on-line WotC adventure by monte)
there was a succubus and her charmed nymph wearing a mindflayer helmet.
