Does anyone know why the feats list for a lvl 4 rogue only show Bountiful Luck, Second Chance, and Squat Nimbleness and nothing else? It's lvl 4 rogue with the Scout subclass.

I cannot replicate this issue with the information given. Version 2.28 Beta 8.

Here are some screen shots of what I'm talking about if it helps. He doesn't want an ability score improvement but rather the Lucky feat but when I try and select it that is all that pops up on the list.

I assume your rogue is a halfling lightfoot.

Take a look at your "Sources" at the top of the Start page. If you do not have "ALL" ● selected, you must select each book individually. What I am seeing would suggest that you have Xanathar's Guide selected but not the Player's handbook.

I just visited the Aurora web site and it worked just fine, so your problem may have been a temporary outage. As far as I know, WotC / Hasbro has no legal reason to attempt to shut down Aurora.

Thank you, here is a screenshot of what I did have selected as those are the books I have. I went back and selected all at your suggestion and the feat list expanded to included everything that I needed.
