D&D 5E Pocket Edition D&D Books?

I know this is a 5e forum, but please bear with me. One of the things I love about Paizo/Pathfinder are the fact they print their books in a "Pocket Edition." Has WotC done anything similar with their 3 core books? If not, is anyone aware if there is perhaps a plan afoot to do just that? Just curious. Thanks.

I would love a pocket version that is class specific. Give me all 5e official material for a rogue in one smaller book

WotC has not done as far as I know.

TSR released some pocket/small sized versions of it's books (they were literally scaled down versions of the full sized books, so you might need a magnifying glass to read them) of some of the 1e AD&D books. It was years ago and finding them could be difficult today.

I remember those 1e books. That was some tiny printing. I'd love something almost exactly like Paizo's pocket editions. I've got those and the font, while small, is still readable with my 50-year-old eyes. Maybe Wizards can set up an "authorized" POD vendor or something.

They did that for 4e, but haven’t for 5e, so far.

The 4e Rules Compenduim or Cyclopedia or whatever it was called was awesome.

That is basically what Paizo has done with the PF pocket editions.

They have not for 5e and they have not expressed any plans to do so.

I cast "Baconstorm!"
Just for reference, here are a couple pics showing the relative sizes of the smaller format Pathfinder books, and the tiny format 1e rulebooks.
(I've got a set of those tiny core rules for 1e, and can confirm the print -- while crisp -- is borderline microscopic.)
