A simulcram by the definition of the spell is an "illusory duplicate" of the caster. It's not real. It's an illusion with just enough form to make it seem real. Illusion's by definition are not creatures, or objects.

Second sentence of the spell: "The duplicate is a creature, partially real and formed from ice or snow, and it can take actions and otherwise be affected as a normal creature."

I'd also rule that if someone dispelled the spell, you walked into an antimagic zone or any place that would cause the spell to be dispelled or non functional that you'd be immediately shunted to your body if it were 100 ft away otherwise you'd die. So those Arch Devils, Gods and or heroes, would easily be able to kill you if your secret were ever discovered. Probably before you even knew they were after you.
I previously said that you may rule it that way, but not all DMs. I checked, and RAW this is how it would happen. So instead, We will go into a much longer process. Simulacrum yourself, possess the simulacrum, True polymorph your OG body that is catatonic, then clone the TP'D body. Disintegrate the TP'D body, then Destroy the magic jar, killing yourself and moving you to the cloned body with Max HP.
