Hey All,

I'm a year long FGU PF2 Game master, who also (still) uses Roll20 for another pathfinder game. I keep hearing about all the wonders of Foundry, and it seems sweet. I don't need to be sold on the tool, or why one is better than the other. for those that do use Foundry for their games - beside the obvious PF2 modules - what other modules are "must haves" for a solid PF2 gaming experience?

Cheers,

J.

The Drag Ruler module + the PF2E Drag Ruler Integration (Read the Github on the Drag Ruler part because there's other stuff that gives you the ability to do Difficult Terrain and such. That one has a bunch of stuff attached to it.)

PF2E Toolbox+PF2E Loot Generator

PF2E Persistent Damage

Pathbuilder 2E Import

Pathfinder 2E Quick Rolls

I also have PF2E Repeated Skill Challenge, though I don't think I've really used it.

Polyglot, which gives you the language support Fantasy Grounds had. I think you might have to play a little with the fonts, though? Edit: No, you don't.

There is a pdf import tool for adventures I forget the name but should be easy enough to find

I used it to upload Abomination Vaults and the Malevolence stand alone adventure. It's a pretty great module to use if you have the official PDFs. I still recommend combing through the maps to make sure walls, lights etc are set up properly and to your exact needs. I like to gussy up my maps with extra effects and lights and all that, so it still takes a good deal of time to get it how I want, but all the initial grunt work being done instantly is great.

some great suggestions. thanks all. I can't believe what a world of add-ons and modules there are with Foundry! talk about overwhelming. I've found that PF2e Drag Ruler to be pretty cool along with drag ruler to just drag and drop your tokens. trying to take things slow. I have a list of like 40 modules that seem interesting :)

Cheers,

J.
