Stage 1: 80% crust, 10% sauce, 10% cheese
Stage 2: 40% crust, 50% sauce, 10% cheese
Stage 3: 25% crust, 75% sauce, 0% cheese
Stage 4:
100% sauce, 0% crust, 0% cheese
What I'm trying to say is, "Chicago Style" is pizza that wants to be soup when it grows up.
And all stages of its lifecycle are delicious.
