A form fillable for creating monster combat cards to hang on your DM screen for quick reference. Keep monster stats and abilities in front of you for quick reference and/or use them to keep track of initiative order.
Using the template is super easy, enter the monster information on the pdf and add an image to the top. Print out on a medium to heavy cardstock and cut on the registration marks. Lastly, fold along the double lines below the image. Note that the buttons on the image will not be included in the printed document.
