    I'm against that since what most Fighters do is Martial Arts too. Though they could have used Mystic for Monk, but it's been taken by more spellcasting related classes (Psion in 5e Alpha test, and a divine caster in 3e).

    I think Giff should have proficiency in firearms, even if it's a sidebar like the Artificer proficiency in firearms.

    The "Astral Elf" might represent the Elves that are part of the Elven Imperial Navy, though I was mostly under the impression they were just High Elves. Maybe they should have gone with more differentiation and made them not Elves by having a Reigar PC race instead.

    It's not Planescape because even though the Gith and most of the Planetouched are covered (they could do with some revisions though to Tieflings/Aasimar/Genasi, which might in Mordenkainen's Monsters of the Multiverse), there isn't a Bariaur or Rogue Modron race in this one.

    For Shamans, I think they should either be their own class, or just thrown in the Druid class, or the longshot of Taking over the Druid class and making the Druid a subclass of Shaman.

    Enemies was just shorthand for hostile creatures, and yes it should be done in combat. Whether or not we also need to be specific about whether you can see the creatures (both friendly and hostile) or just aware of them is another thing, sure invisible creature doesn't get advantage to attack...
