When I finally have a character and enter the Tavern, do I have the ability to RP the NPC Responses, or does someone else do that? IE if I want to talk to the barkeep for idle chit chat, can I write his responses or no? Whats the standard convention? Also does the forums have a built in die...

The tavern looks kinda dead. Entering the tavern does what, exactly? Signal to the DMs of the board that a new player is available I assume? I am not used to this format exactly. The only other PBP I have done is on the Pathfinder Boards.

I am assuming of course that the amount of XP changes based on level? It sounds like a level 1 PC is worth 100 XP of Monsters. Do I have that right?

I think the idea is to avoid combat with Sir Keegan... I hope thats what my party does. If they play their alignment and concepts that they made they SHOULD avoid the fight and get the sword.
