    D&D General The Haunted Castle

I would love to see some of Ed's adventures published on DMs guild someday. Also an expanded version of Haunted Halls of Eveningstar would be awesome.

D&D General I'm reading the Forgotten Realms Novels- #192 Swords of Dragonfire by Ed Greenwood (Knights Myth Drannor 2)

I believe the Malaugrym tend to show up in a lot of the Elminster novels. l. From what I recall they also show up in the Harpers series novel The Night Parade. They have stats in 2e and 3rd edtion products, but they have not shown up in 5e yet.

    D&D 5E Revising Castle Grayhawk for 5e

Shades, you can just burn that module as other have said. Unless you are using it run a comedic type of adventure. It has nothing to do with Castle Greyhawk. Pick up Ruins of Castle Greyhawk or Expedition, they at least try to be Castle Greyhawk. Also you can always try to find a copy of Gary's...

D&D 5E Are you sick of the Swordcoast?

I would like to see a book on the Dalelands/Moonsea/Cormyr/Sembia. Nothing in depth just an overview of the post sundering events. Also a Greyhawk book would be cool, but only if they stay true to the setting and not make it Forgotten Realms clone.

D&D General I'm reading the Forgotten Realms Novels- #192 Swords of Dragonfire by Ed Greenwood (Knights Myth Drannor 2)

Prince of Lies was one of my favs back in the day, top 10 Realms novel for me. The high-point of the Avatar series for sure.

Looks good, may be worth a pick up and as others have said maybe tie it in with Tyranny of Dragons.

D&D General I'm reading the Forgotten Realms Novels- #192 Swords of Dragonfire by Ed Greenwood (Knights Myth Drannor 2)

I enjoyed the Avatar trilogy back in the day. I even used the event as a sub plot in my 2nd edition campaign. That was one nice thing about the FR novels, you could always mine them for campaign ideas even if they were a bit subpar for reading enjoyment.

    D&D 5E What’s the highest level character you’ve played in 5E?

I mostly DM and for my longest campaign for 5th the party is currently at 18th. It has taken almost 3 years playing once or twice a month using milestone XP. We plan on going to level 20. During 2nd edition I had a campaign that made it an average of 17th, that took about 5 years of playing an...

    TSR April 4th, 1984: TSR's 3rd Purge

Ugh layoffs, though I really have enjoyed the behind the scenes/history of TSR. I find these articles interesting because as a kid in the mid 80s playing D&D and not knowing the ups and downs of the company even before the late 90s issues.

D&D General I'm reading the Forgotten Realms Novels- #192 Swords of Dragonfire by Ed Greenwood (Knights Myth Drannor 2)

@Goonalan you have quite the undertaking! I never realized there that many FR novels. I have read around 50 of them mostly back in the 90s. Some are really good and some are well not so good. On a side note I was just in a used book store last night and there on the shelf was the hardback...
