DMs Guild Treasures: 5 BECMI Modules That Deserve the Big Book Treatment

Simply for the sake of nostalgia I am 100% for this. There are so many adventures from the early days that the "modern player" knows little or nothing about. With the slower release of adventures from WotC these days, it would only be a matter of time before all the "current" material has been...

UA WotC Removes Latest Unearthed Arcana

There is also evil in real life. People do evil things in real life. By getting rid of all evil alignments and evil monsters in D&D, would that fix the problem? Does D&D have that kind of power? Is D&D the prime teaching tool for all social norms?

So is demon and devil worship.

UA WotC Removes Latest Unearthed Arcana

Well if you go that route, I have a issue with the number of players who like playing "evil" characters or murder hobos. I take deep offense to that and it makes me worried about how our society is progressing. Should we remove that as an option? What about tieflings? Warlocks with the Fiend...

UA WotC Removes Latest Unearthed Arcana

Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. I simply do not understand as this to me is such a non-issue. This is just a game. I should hope people took it as such. Grant it, I think "Love" is kind of a odd choice for a domain name. Especially when "Charm" would likely fit better. But...

Critical Role Here's The Cover Of The Explorer's Guide to Wildemount; Plus It's #15 In Amazon Bestsellers!

Have to say I am completely surprised by this. I love Critical Role and the whole team that works on it but not so much into playing it. I wish them the best of luck!

    Hilarious typos in D&D books

The typo is "an two-wheeled" where it should read "a two-wheeled". And there is nothing hilarious about that. I'm calling the grammar police! It's an outrage I tell ya

We are just ASSUMING that the Laeral Silverhand dice is somehow linked to the next book. It might not be.

Vote For Your Favourite D&D Villain

Based on everyone's age and experience, I'm wondering how many names on this list make people go "Who the hell is that?"

Here Are The Races In The New Eberron Book

I hear that. However the funny thing about surveys is they are not necessarily accurate. What if all the very young consumers (with no money) like the newer campaign worlds but the older consumers (with more disposable income) like the more traditional Greyhawk? You'd be appeasing the young...

Here Are The Races In The New Eberron Book

I have to admit I am somewhat disappointed that WotC is coming out with an Eberron book but not a Greyhawk book.

UA Unearthed Arcana: Barbarian and Monk

Yeah I have to say I am not a big fan of either. The barbarian wild soul makes no sense to me at all. I don't typically associate "barbarians" with the "fae" I guess. Seems like a very goofy combo. And the abilities of the monk seem to be too underwhelming.

TSR The Making and Breaking of Deities & Demigods

Without a doubt, THIS was my absolute favorite rule book from the 1st edition. Of course, as a pre-teen boy, I had to love the pictures of Isis, Loviatar, Aphrodite, etc. Seeing the gods of various mythologies represented in game terms was fascinating to me and helped to foster my love of...

Who in the World is James M. Ward?

Thank you Jim Ward for sharing your time and talent. I am one of the "old guard" as well but as a consumer. I grew up in Illinois and was a pre-teen during the beginning years of TSR. I remember getting hooked on D&D almost instantly, receiving the various books and modules over the upcoming...
